Gender Climate Infrastructure Consultant (Type B)

About the role

The Gender Climate Infrastructure Consultant (Type B) will support IOM’s efforts to integrate gender perspectives into climate‑related infrastructure initiatives across Vanuatu.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on gender‑responsive climate infrastructure projects.
• Assist in the design, planning and implementation of programmes that address climate change and environmental challenges.
• Support programme and project management activities to ensure gender considerations are embedded throughout.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background in gender studies, climate change, environment or related fields.
• Experience working on climate‑related projects or programmes.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.
